Public Health in the Rockies

COSOPHE is excited to announce we will be offering CHES® CE credits at Colorado Public Health Association's (CPHA) annual Public Health in the Rockies (PHiR) conference. CPHA continually puts on an informative and educational PHiR conference, and we are excited to participate. How to Obtain CHES® CE Credits
An application has been submitted to award continuing education credits for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES ®). The National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. has approved SOPHE and its chapters as designated multiple event providers of Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH). Colorado Society for Public Health Education (COSOPHE) is offering up to TBD entry level continuing education credits for CHES®.
- A flat fee of TBD can be paid by check payable to COSOPHE and mailed to Elise Lubell (email her for address cosophe@gmail.com) or VENMO payable to @CO SOPHE.
- You must complete the attached Category I Continuing Education Credit and Participant Record form including all the highlighted sections. That form lists all sessions for which CHES® credits are eligible. Not all sessions are eligible for credit so please, please check the list before attending sessions for credit.
- You must also complete the Overall Conference Evaluation and an Individual Session Evaluation for each session within the Session Block.
NCHEC will be adding the CHES® points to your transcript after mid-November, so watch for them.
