Dr. Greisch presented an experiential account of the development and implementation process of a school-based, multi-dimensional wellness program that incorporates mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and self-efficacy tools for 7th and 8th graders. This presentation includes a framework for conceptualizing youth wellness in an educational context, challenges and obstacles of implementation, and an overview of the program curriculum.

In this webinar, the presenters discussed strategies for integrating tobacco cessation best practices into a community mental health setting, reviewed Jefferson Center's model of Peer Support Tobacco Cessation coaching and described how Jefferson Center is using health systems change to increase tobacco cessation among adult consumers.
