Dr. Greisch presented an experiential account of the development and implementation process of a school-based, multi-dimensional wellness program that incorporates mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and self-efficacy tools for 7th and 8th graders. This presentation includes a framework for conceptualizing youth wellness in an educational context, challenges and obstacles of implementation, and an overview of the program curriculum.
